SUMMARY
krunner does not seem to use the selected accent color.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Appearance > Global Theme > Colors > Use accent color > Green
2. XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP="KDE"
3. Reboot
4. krunner accent color is using the default blue
