SUMMARY
When I bring up the poweroff/logout screen on Plasma Wayland, the compositor
drops down to about 30 FPS. I can see this framerate drop in the Show Kwin FPS
desktop effect, but it's also very noticeable because the mouse cursor
framerate drops down to 30 FPS as well. I'm not seeing this performance drop on
X11.
