SUMMARY
The flatpak permissions kcm is broken and not showing the flatpaks I have
installed
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install flatpak-kcm if its not installed
2. Open the kcm
OBSERVED RESULT
No flatpak apps appear even if you have flatpak apps installed
EXPECTED RESULT
It should list the flatpak apps I have installed so I can configure the
permissions
