SUMMARY
I can't reproduce this bug consistently, it occurs sometimes after the steps
below.
journal log does not says anything suspicious when it occurs.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. mute the notifications sounds in Audio KCM
2. play any sound - I can reproduce when playing something with Vivaldi
browser or Strawberry music player
3. during playback, open Dolphin, select a file/folder and press shift+del
OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin does not play the notification sound, as expected, but the playing
sound is interrupted for a few milliseconds
EXPECTED RESULT
the observed result should not occur
