Some menus appear on the left despite the layout set to RTL, here's an example
from the system settings app.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the system settings
2. Navigate to `Startup` -> `Autostart`
3. Click `Add` button
OBSERVED RESULT
Menu opens on the left, far from button's position
EXPECTED RESULT
It should appear above the `Add` button.
