Sorry for resurrecting this, but I am running bluez 5.66-1 here and the error
still occurs to me occasionally: Sometimes, when I start KDE, the Bluetooth ist
activated, but unpopulated. In the system settings, the Enable Button can be
seen, but nothing happens when clicking it.
I tried $ rmod btusb and then $ modprobe btusb, but to no avail.

Any ideas?
