Hi,

What I am seeing in the usage log you shared is that Krita is running out of
memory and the problems you describe are consistent with that. You can tell
when this happens, because the resolution info in the status bar at the bottom
will have turned red (it tries to show how much memory is being consumed, and
turns red when it's over 80~%).

My recommendation would be that you first try to increase the amount of memory
Krita is allowed to use in settings -> configure Krita -> Performance.  I'd
recommend setting it to 80% maximum, so that you still may be able to run other
applications like a music player or chat program. Lowering the amount of undo
steps can also help. If you keep having memory troubles despite this, it might
be time to accept that the kind of artworks you're making are just too big for
what your computer can handle, and start working smaller or with fewer layers.
