The Breeze GTK theme still has the 1px white border at the top, which was
removed from the Qt theme. GTK and Qt apps now look inconsistent.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have Plasma 5.26.90
2. Open a GTK app that uses CSD such as Lollypop, or Firefox with the title bar
disabled
OBSERVED RESULT
GTK apps that use CSDs / header bars still have the 1px white border at the top
EXPECTED RESULT
The GTK theme should match the Qt theme, which no longer has this border
