Ah, I had assumed that you were using the word "acceleration" to mean "speed",
which many people do.
If you truly do want a custom acceleration curve, this isn't something we can
provide in KDE code; it would need be implemented in Libinput. Only once that's
implemented there could we write a GUI around it.
