SUMMARY
Setting panel height is not persistent: after a reboot it's reset to its
original value.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter Edit Mode, panel height is 54px. Change it to 56px.
2. Reboot the OS.
OBSERVED RESULT
After a reboot the panel height is 54px.
EXPECTED RESULT
Panel height should be 56px.
