It would be nice to be able to mark an account as closed. Then, in the Reports
filter, one closed accounts are by default excluded, unless one chooses to
include them by clicking a a "Include closed accounts" checkbox.
Microsoft Money used to have this feature and it was useful. I have over 25
years' of accounts in KMyMoney, and so I have accumulated a lot of closed
accounts over time (due to moving country, banks etc.)
