STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. CTRL+B or right click and bookmark page
2. Go to bookmarks list on left side bar
OBSERVED RESULT
Bookmark is not added to the list. However, checking/unchecking "Show for all
documents" seems to "refresh" the list.
EXPECTED RESULT
Bookmark for the bookmarked page.
