Anyway this explains why password is not stored, but there is also another problem. I use wired Ethernet connection (one time tried WiFi and entered password manually, and later I had back to cable), so why every start of Plasma I can see window question for password to WiFi? Let me know please if should I report another bug for this issue, or this is intentional behavior? BTW.
