In these current states, there are serious problems with screen capture. I need
an option to turn off vertical synchronization.
During screen capture and recording, no matter which item is selected for
vertical synchronization, flashing will occur.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
During screen capture and recording, no matter which item is selected for
vertical synchronization, flashing will occur. I urgently need an option to
turn off vertical synchronization completely
