The options of "IPv4/v6 is required for this connection" may have wrong
tooltips.
On the IPv4 and the IPv6 tabs, there are these options:

IPv4 is required for this connection
#: editor/settings/ui/ipv6.ui:33
IPv6 is required for this connection
They have these tooltips respectively:
#: editor/settings/ui/ipv4.ui:282
Allows the connection to complete if IPv4 configuration fails but IPv6
configuration succeeds
#: editor/settings/ui/ipv6.ui:30
When connecting to IPv4-capable networks, allows the connection to complete if
IPv6 configuration fails but IPv4 configuration succeeds
The options and their tooltips appear to be telling the opposite stories.
