SUMMARY

The search field uses the standard search shortcut to focus, Ctrl+F on most
Linux systems. However, there is a difference between searching in a document
or "active view", and navigating to a different location.

I think of the search field in System Settings as its location bar, like the
URL field in a browser that happens to also be a search field, or the directory
field in Dolphin. Both of these can be focused with Ctrl+L. Firefox also
provides a distinct search field that leads you to Google/DuckDuckGo/etc.
search results, which is also pretty close conceptually.

My immediate association of the System Settings search field is to navigate out
of the current page, to a different page which can be specified via text input.
This is a different concept to me than searching in the main
view/document/page, which I would more intuitively associate with Ctrl+F.
System Settings search does that as well, but it's more of a hidden capability
and not the first thing I think of.

Therefore, I think it would make sense to add Ctrl+L ("location" field) and
perhaps also Ctrl+K (dedicated search field that finds results unrelated to the
current view) as shortcuts for the System Settings search field. The existing
Ctrl+F shortcut should also be kept, one one hand for backwards compatibility,
on the other hand because it *also* provides search functionality within KCM
contents (i.e. "the main view").

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Navigate to "Appearance"
3. Try the shortcut you associate with switching to a different page/folder,
which to me is Ctrl+L

OBSERVED RESULT
Ctrl+L doesn't do anything

EXPECTED RESULT
Ctrl+L focuses the search field
