STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. right-click on desktop and choose "Configure desktop and wallpaper..."
2. click on "Get new wallpapers..." button and install any wallpaper
3. close the "Get new wallpapers..." dialog
4. hover over the just installed wallpaper, click on its "Remove wallpaper"
button, and click on "Apply" button
5. click on "Get new wallpapers..." button
OBSERVED RESULT
wallpaper removed in the step 4 is still marked as installed
EXPECTED RESULT
removed wallpapers should not be marked as installed
