Floating annotation tools off-screen
SUMMARY
If you take a screenshot by selecting a region and want to annotate it, in some
cases, the toolbar that pops up can get off the screen. Happens on X and
Wayland. Check the attached video for more information.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select a screen region near the bottom edge of the screen
2. Open the floating annotation tools
OBSERVED RESULT
Chances are the toolbar with annotation tools will get off-screen. This can
also happen to the upper part of the screen.
EXPECTED RESULT
The floating annotation toolbar moves up to stay on the screen.
