SUMMARY
The "Get New..." button in the Splash Screen KCM is in the header instead of
the bottom of the page, which every other KCM does. I know that this is being
worked on (plasma/plasma-workspace!1391), but since the other pages haven't
been updated for this yet, this seems really out of place.
OBSERVED RESULT
The button is in the header.
EXPECTED RESULT
The button is near the bottom of the page, like other KCMs.
