White line immediately above the panel
SUMMARY
The panel with the breeze dark application theme works fine when scaled at 1x
or 2x or less than 1x, however, when scaled at 1.5x, a white line appears at
the top of the panel (which can be very annoying if your panel is at the bottom
of the screen).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In the monitor configuration, set the scale of the monitor to 1.5
2. Create a panel at the bottom of the screen (so that the top half of the
panel can be seen)
OBSERVED RESULT
a white line appears at the top of the panel
EXPECTED RESULT
There should not be a white line at the top of the panel, the whole panel
should be black
