When resizing windows of certain programs on plasma 5.27 (wayland) the window
decoration doesn't scale with the window, instead it stretches and shrinks. It
doesn't happen with every app, but it happens with quite a few (tidal-hifi and
handbrake to name a few)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open tidal-hifi or another program that this bug affects... I couldn't get a
pattern on how it appears, unfortunately.
2. Resize it.
OBSERVED RESULT
The window decoration shrinks and stretches, instead of following the window's
width
EXPECTED RESULT
The window decoration doesn't stretch or shrink and follows the window's width
