SUMMARY

After installation of v1.10.0, noticed that in the menu Help -> About KDiff3,
the version indicated is 1.9.70. I doubled-checked that installation file is
definitely for v1.10.0.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install KDiff3 v.1.10.0 from binary kdiff3-1.10.0-windows-cl-64.exe
(downloaded from https://download.kde.org/stable/kdiff3/?C=M;O=D)
2. Open the application
3. Navigate to top menu Help -> About KDiff3
4. Notice that version indicated 1.9.70

Version indicated 1.9.70
EXPECTED RESULT
Version indicated 1.10.0
