1. Set focus to the Bluetooth checkbox
2. Press tab once
3. Press enter
4. Press tab once
5. Press enter
OBSERVED RESULT
First, the "All User Files" checkbox is activated. Then the "Add New" button is
activated.

First, the "Add New" button is activated. Then the "All User Files" checkbox is
activated.
