Apologies for this being a non-standard bug report, I'm short on time and
wanted to get these on here.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
first bug.
edit > new > global > command/url
this creates a "New Action"
go under trigger, set to shift-control-# (or whatever unused)
click below "New Action" in an empty space
"The current action has unsaved changes" pops up, click cancel.
with "New Action" selected - edit > delete
"The current action has unsaved changes" pops up, click cancel.
pops up again immediately, "The current action has unsaved changes" pops up,
click cancel.
now the "New Action" is deleted and unsaved (im assuming) but info is still in
the right window.
edit > new > global > command/url
crashes, repeatable.

second bug.
edit > new > global > send keyboard input
choose "action" in the right window.
choose "specific window" in "Window" sub-window.
click "New" button.
click "Autodetect"
now you have the crosshair pointer, it cannot select anything and reverts to a
regular pointer when leaving the custom shortcuts window.
you cannot click "ok" or "cancel" buttons, this window is effectively unusable.
you can close the "autoselect" window that popped up, still have the crosshair
pointer that cannot select anything.
go to close the "System Settings" window, cannot choose "apply/discard/cancel"
buttons, need to use tab/space to select "discard" button.
window closes, pointer reverts to a normal pointer.

OBSERVED RESULT
works.

EXPECTED RESULT
crashes or not works.
