Demonstration of the bug
SUMMARY
If you press the rectangular region shortcut when Spectacle window is open, the
rectangle select popup is shifted to the position of Spectacle's window.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Spectacle
2. Activate the Capture Rectangular Region shortcut
OBSERVED RESULT
The rectangle select popup is offset
EXPECTED RESULT
The rectangle select popup should cover the whole screen
