STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a distro that uses latte dock as the dock without the default taskbar
or other kde alternative
2. Update to latest plasma release (5.27.0)
3. When oppening latte dock I now have 2 taskbars and have no abbility ro
remove the default kde one
OBSERVED RESULT
Unable to close the Icons only Task Manager

Able to close the Icons only Task Manager
