Observed behaviour with Right-Click, on top of FireFox(Left) and on
desktop(right)
SUMMARY
Certain Window effects/Windows flash on my second screen in addition to the
screen where they are located.
The Right Click Menu (or Forms, e.g. the drop down menu for severity, Platform
or OS in this Bug report, file in FireFox),
but also whole windows like when closing or opening any window can couse this
behavior.
Non Plasma submenus seem to be unaffected by this e.g. Steam's Right Click menu
doesnt behave like this, but when Steam spawns new Windows e.g. Settings it
also flickers on my second screen, so I assume all window effects are effected.
But it doesnt happen if I just right click on the desktop itself.
This also happens if I turn all desktop effects to instant.
This didnt happen on 5.26.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have 2 screens
2. Do 3. on either of them
3. Spawn a window(e.g. Right Click Menu) on top of another window or Start new
Program
OBSERVED RESULT
The Window Spawn/vanish effect flashes on my seconds screen, even if effects
are set to instant(so not sure if it is really an effect).(Maybe the effect is
even drawn wrongly on the screen where I spawn the window)
The above does happen in most cases, but not if I just right click the desktop
itself, but with basically everything else it happens.
EXPECTED RESULT
It shouldn't flicker on my second screen, the effect should be on only one or
disabled completely(if set to instant)
