SUMMARY
After resume, I have to always set switch to external screen since I always
disable my laptop screen. In X11, I don't have to do this.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Ctrl+P, switch to external screen
2. Sleep-Resume / Restart
3. KDE resets to show stuff on both screens
