SUMMARY
Window minimization and maximization stopped working with shortcuts
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Settings-Shortcuts-KWin-Minimize Window
2. Add a shortcut (ie. Meta+PgDown)
3. Press meta+pgdown
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing
EXPECTED RESULT
Minimized window

This seems like a regression in .1 - I think it worked in 5.27
