After I upgraded to KDE 5.27.0, the app icons in system tray disappears after
lock screen or close monitor when I come back.
Some window also has their content became very large like scaled 2 times.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start some applications that has system tray icon (birdtray, element, etc)
2. Lock the screen or close the monitor.
3. Unlock the screen.
OBSERVED RESULT
The app icons are disappeared from system tray.
EXPECTED RESULT
The app icons should still be there.
