scroll bar and dialog content jitters up and down
SUMMARY
In "System Settings - Workspace - Window Management - Window Rules" page, when
editing or creating rules, "Add property to the rule" dialog would jitter when
scrolling using mouse to drag the scroll bar.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open "System Settings - Workspace - Window Management - Window Rules", and
click "Add New..." button
2. In the newly opened "New window settings" page, click "Add Property..."
button
3. Try scrolling down the "Add property to the rule" dialog using mouse to drag
the scroll bar
OBSERVED RESULT
The scroll bar and dialog content jitters up and down
EXPECTED RESULT
The scroll bar and dialog content scrolls down smoothly
