STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. went into a video call in g-meet (Brave browser- Version 1.48.171 Chromium:
110.0.5481.177 (Official Build) (64-bit))
2. cycling tabs
3. at some point desktop completely frozen when alt+tab notifications of "kwin
Desktop effects were restarted due to a graphics reset" become visible
