SUMMARY
When I launch an app (firefox, as seen in attachment), bouncing animation
starts duplicating frames until app launches.
I don't remember having this on 5.26 but I am not sure if update is the reason.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an app
2. Move mouse around (or don't)
OBSERVED RESULT
Old frames are not discarded
EXPECTED RESULT
Clean animation
