Yeah exactly my fault. The plasma folder has all of the core plasma configs,
and the app one would just be the misc dumping ground for any kde app (so
anything from that release group, or even kde apps that are outside of the
bigger package group release). In theory then if I wanted to reset KDE/Plasma I
just nuke the plasma directory and all of my app settings stay.
