STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot the computer into SDDM on Wayland
2. Try the touchscreen... nothing happens
OBSERVED RESULT
Touching the screen doesn't seem to have any effect
EXPECTED RESULT
The touchscreen works
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: 6.1.12-200.fc37.x86_64
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.103.0
Qt Version: 5.15.8
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
After enabling WAYLAND_DEBUG=1 I could see this on the logs:

The CompositorCommand on SDDM is set to:
kwin_wayland --no-global-shortcuts --no-lockscreen --inputmethod
maliit-keyboard --locale1
