SUMMARY
It seems like on KDE Plasma 5.27.2 running Wayland, lattedock does not know
which screen is primary.
This results in the panels/dock being shown on my laptop's monitor, despite my
external monitor being set as the primary display in the display
configurations.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set up lattedock to show on primary display
2. Run wayland
3. It shows on the wrong screen
