STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set up Nextcloud gpoddersync backend
2. Play an episode
3. Manually trigger sync
OBSERVED RESULT
Playback jumps back a few seconds, likely drawing from the server the saved
position that was pushed to the server when sync was initiated.
EXPECTED RESULT
Playback continue as normal
