SUMMARY
cannot edit flatpak apps because permission is denied
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install a flatpak app (e.g. telegram)
2. right click on this app then click edit application
3. edit somthing like add env variable
4. press ok
OBSERVED RESULT
error message: Could not save properties due to insufficient write access to:
EXPECTED RESULT
can save new properties
