STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start upgrade of packages on wired network connection
2. Midway through, connect wifi, disconnect wired
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
Discover freezes and is unable to recover
EXPECTED RESULT
On network loss, discover should wait until a network connection is available
and resume; alternately offer the user the option to rollback to clean state
