STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Launch system monitor. 2. Go to some section like "Processes" in the left panel. 3. Click the three dots menu, select "Configure columns...". 4. Try to drag the pop-up that opens from its header section where there should be a titlebar. OBSERVED RESULT Cannot drag the pop-up subwindow. EXPECTED RESULT Should let me drag the pop-up subwindow so that then I can see my current view before as I change the settings.
