weird elements on windows when using titlebars accent-colored
SUMMARY
When you enable titlebars accent-colored and using Breeze Dark global theme,
some elements look weird, for example
* titlebars accent-colored-1.png
- the line that divides the header in System Setting turn black instead of some
white tone.
* titlebars accent-colored-2.png
- in dolphin the outline of the selected view mode doesn't have enough contrast
with the selected color.
- the same happens whith eh back and forward buttons when are disabled (I don't
know if this is the name of the state so sorry if isn't)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. System Settings > Appearance > Colors
2. Enable titlebars accent-colored
3. Choose #3daee9 as accent color (I've think this is the one that is in
fourth position from right to left in the available colors)
OBSERVED RESULT
Some elements don't have 'visual consistency' with the rest of the window.
