            Bug ID: 467117
Summary: Connections between apps with suspended audio and
"Plasma PA" do not disconnect after closing the widget
                    from tray.
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: plasma-pa
           Version: 5.27.2
          Platform: Archlinux
                OS: All
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general

Video demonstration.

When viewing "pw-top" or Carla, I can see new audio connections made each time
when opening the "Plasma PA" widget (with the Applications tab open) from tray
when an app like Firefox or Spotify are paused. The connections immediately
disappear when an audio starts playing from the specific apps.

This is when using PipeWire, I don't know how (or if) it behaves the same on
PulseAudio.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an app like Firefox, open a YouTube video and then pause it.
2. Or open Spotify, play something for a second and then pause it.
3. Open "pw-top" in terminal
4. Start opening and closing the Audio Volume (with the Applications shown, not
the devices) widget located in the system tray.

OBSERVED RESULT
"Plasma PA" clients start appearing in pw-top, and only disappear when playing
audio from the apps that had their audio paused.

EXPECTED RESULT
The "Plasma PA" clients should disappear regardless if the audio client has
their audio suspended/paused or not.
