Even though the flatpak advanced options is an area meant for advanced users, I
think it makes sense to have descriptions for the items that would seems
relevant for regular users to use. Given the descriptions are not there, a user
looking to fix issues with flatpaks might have less of a hint to know what to
do or where to start.
