I downloaded the new Konsole windows build (from -
https://binary-factory.kde.org/view/Windows%2064-bit/ )
My system is set to Hebrew (RTL)
I change Konsole language to english and restart the app
the UI direction is still mirrored (RTL) and the language change to english
I'm not sure if it a Konsole bug or windows build bug
