Just as background info: if the "Upload episode play positions on play/pause toggle" is switched on (which it is by default), then Kasts will upload any local change to the server immediately. All changes are recorded with accurate timestamps, so if changes are pulled from the server later on, the clients will first resolve all possible conflicts before applying changes locally. So while this existing option doesn't cover all cases, the one you mentioned in the first comment (about changes not being pushed to the server) is actually already covered.
