Neochat allows to display a single image from the timeline "fullscreen".
However it doesn't allow to navigate to the next/previous image in the
timeline, e.g. by pressing the left/right arrow key.
Other chat clients typcially allow that, and it's very handy for e.g. comparing
two images, or just browsing through all images
