SUMMARY
Can’t enable Mouse Click Animation desktop effect by effect, it has to be
triggered by the keyboard shortcut every time I log in.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable Mouse Click Animation desktop effect
2. Notice there’s no option to enable it by default, you have to enable it with
the keyboard shortcut
3. Log out and log back in: the effect is gone, you have to enable it again
with the keyboard shortcut
OBSERVED RESULT
Effect cannot be enabled by default.
EXPECTED RESULT
Effect can be enabled by default.
