When Okular is setup to open new documents as tabs in the running Okular
instance, it is not possible to open up new okular for side-by-side view. I
have this setting because most of the time this is what I need so I don't have
multiple windows floating around, easier to navigate, but time to time
(typically when connecting a big monitor) it would be nice to see multiple
documents.
Both the solution available in browsers (when one can tear a tab off the
application) or a dedicated right click menu entry seems like a good idea
(right click, "Broke out document to new window").
