In both 5.1.5 and 5.1.4, Dragging a layer across the screen causes screen to go
black from the bottom up. The intention is to drag the layer to another file
tab. Although this is still possible it causes the above-mentioned glitch.
Turning off graphics acceleration had no effect on this issue.
This occurred after the most recent windows update--

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open two files with multiple vector layers
2. Drag a vector layer from the second file that was opened to the tab of the
first
OBSERVED RESULT
Display changes to black from the bottom up as the layer is dragged across the
screen.
EXPECTED RESULT
A smooth transition with no loss of display.
