SUMMARY
legacy documents created in 5.0.0 up to 5.1.0 when opened in versions 5.1.0 and
above have different text scaling despite same font size.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. create a document in 5.0.0 and write text on it and save it
2. open document in 5.1.0 and observe the changes
OBSERVED RESULT
Text in 5.1.0 and above to current 5.1.5 will have a different text scale on
the document
EXPECTED RESULT
Text to have the save font size on the document

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
this bug is no longer valid with the new text engine but that too has another
bug that I will report in separate
